Our storm damage process: free inspection, full photo documentation, direct filing with your insurance carrier, meet the adjuster on-site, and handle the repairs once approved. We don't ask for money upfront on insurance claims.
New Roof Installation
Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles with Scotchgard algae protection. Ideal for Maine humidity. We also install Tamko Heritage laminated shingles for budget-conscious builds and Malarkey Vista AR with Flexor SBS polymer-modified asphalt for high-wind zones. Your installer should match your material choice to your climate, not just your budget.
Metal Roofing
Corrugated metal and R-panel are cost-effective options for barns, detached shops, and covered patios in Corea. We install 29-gauge and 26-gauge corrugated with exposed fasteners using neoprene washer screws. For homes, we recommend 24-gauge standing seam with concealed fasteners. Cleaner look, no exposed fastener maintenance. DaVinci composite shake and slate profiles give you the metal longevity with a traditional Maine aesthetic.
Shingle Roofing
Architectural shingles are what 80% of Corea homeowners choose. They look better than 3-tab, last longer, and handle wind better. We install GAF Timberline, Owens Corning Duration, and CertainTeed Landmark.
Flat Roofing
PVC roofing membrane for Corea restaurants, commercial kitchens, and any rooftop near grease exhaust. PVC resists animal fats and chemical exposure that destroys TPO and EPDM. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with heat-welded seams and custom-fabricated accessories. Built-up roofing (BUR) with 3-4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt is still the longest-proven flat roof system with a 30+ year track record in Maine.
Commercial Roofing
TPO is our most-requested commercial membrane in Maine. Reflective, energy-efficient, and it welds together at the seams for a watertight bond. We install 60-mil and 80-mil systems with 15-20 year manufacturer warranties.
Gutter Installation
Gutters aren't glamorous, but they're protecting your foundation, your fascia, and your landscaping. We install seamless aluminum gutters custom-formed on-site from a roll of coil stock. No seams means no leaks.

Emergency Roof Repair
Emergency roof repairs for active water intrusion follow a strict protocol: tarping with reinforced polyethylene sheeting secured to the roof deck, interior water extraction guidance, and temporary flashing at penetrations. Our Corea emergency crews carry 20x30 tarps, 2x4 nailer boards, and masonry anchors for various deck types. Permanent repairs are scheduled within 48-72 hours once materials are sourced.
Skylight Installation
VELUX FS fixed skylights and VS vented skylights installed with EDL flashing kits for profile roofing. The flashing integrates with your shingle courses per IRC R903.2 weather protection requirements. We cut the opening, frame the curb with doubled 2x lumber, install the skylight with factory sealant, and weave the flashing into the existing shingle field. Leak-proof when done right. And we do it right in Corea.
